Cabify Logistics - Fleet Coordinator

Job Description

Cabify is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to join their Logistics team in Buenos Aires. The Fleet Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of the vehicle fleet for special operations. This role involves overseeing the fleet, optimizing delivery routes, training new drivers, and analyzing data to improve operational processes.

The ideal candidate will have experience in fleet coordination, route planning, or transportation management, preferably in the logistics or last-mile sector. They should also possess advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis tools like Looker Studio. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the fleet of vehicles for special operations.
• Design and optimize delivery routes using routing tools.
• Develop and execute training programs for new drivers.
• Generate fleet performance reports and analyze key metrics using Excel and Looker Studio.

Requirements:

• Experience in fleet coordination, route planning, or transportation management.
• Advanced Excel skills, including creating formulas, pivot tables, and charts.
• Experience with Looker Studio or similar BI tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of the logistics sector.
• Availability to work under a 4x1 model in San Martin.
