Job Description
Cabify is seeking a Customer Experience Supervisor in Bogotá, Colombia, to help them achieve their mission of creating a new form of urban mobility. The Customer Experience Supervisor will be responsible for monitoring real-time operations, ensuring timely deliveries and pickups, and using technology to track progress. They will manage operational incidents, resolve problems, and adjust operations to minimize impact. The supervisor will also coordinate with drivers, providing instructions and adjusting routes as needed. Cabify is a team full of happy and motivated people.     Role Involves:
  • Monitoring operations in real time.
  • Managing operational incidents.
  • Coordinating and communicating with drivers.
  • Optimizing routes and resources.
  • Supervising KPIs.
  • Managing multiple services.
  • Attending to internal and external clients.
  • Leading and motivating the team of traffic controllers.
    Requirements:
  • Affinity with Cabify's principles.
  • Availability to work from Monday to Saturday, with a hybrid model.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in:
  • Control of cargo fleet.
  • Control of operational performance.
  • Supervision of dispatch agents.
  • Operational improvement strategies.
  • Control of Logistics operations.
  • Customer service for transportation and Call Center clients.
  • Management of operational incidents.
