Job Description

Cabify is seeking a Formador en Contact Center to join their team in Bogotá. The company aims to improve urban living by enhancing mobility, connecting passengers and drivers. The Formador will plan and design training activities and programs, create instructional resources, and collaborate in identifying internal client needs. They will also implement and execute training sessions, workshops, and presentations, manage training logistics, and support various area activities.Responsibilities:

• Executing training strategies for all collaborators of the transnational contact center.
• Supporting and controlling the fulfillment and execution of training processes.
• Planning and designing training activities and programs.
• Designing instructional resources (manuals, guides, evaluations, etc.).
• Collaborating in the identification of internal client needs.
• Implementing and executing training sessions, talks, workshops, and presentations.
• Managing training logistics (rooms, providers, refreshments, etc.).
• Supporting various area activities.
• Managing communications and publications related to customer service.
• Delivering management reports on team performance.
• Reporting low performance cases in training.
• Collaborating with quality, WFM, and operations areas.

Requirements:

• Technologist or student of last semesters in careers such as Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics or related careers with the educational field.
