Cabify is seeking an Operational Excellence Specialist to enhance the urban mobility ecosystem in Argentina and Uruguay. This role, within the Customer Operations team, focuses on ensuring top-tier service and customer loyalty. The Operational Excellence Specialist will collaborate with various departments to improve customer experience and service standards.
Role involves:
Detecting improvement opportunities in customer journey stages.
Understanding friction points and proposing improvements based on value analysis.
Leading improvement projects for effective, scalable, and efficient solutions.
Working with support teams to ensure service quality.
Optimizing critical processes and analyzing with local and global teams.
Aligning global team proposals for efficient local implementation.
Requirements:
Professional in Engineering or related field with 3+ years in process optimization.
Proactive and autonomous with a drive for change.
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
Knowledge of BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate with various stakeholders.
