Job Description

Cabify is seeking an Associate Data Analytics Manager to join their team in Madrid. This role is ideal for a Senior Data Analyst ready to move into a leadership position, combining strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and data exploration.

The Associate Data Analytics Manager will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Growth, and Operations teams, using agile methodologies to deliver insights and analytics products. They will also mentor Data Analysts and contribute to a strong data culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and prioritize projects.
  • Lead complex data initiatives and help define data models and reporting frameworks.
  • Deliver analyses that guide business and product decisions.
  • Design dashboards and KPIs using Tableau.
  • Help design new product features and measure post-launch impact.
  • Support the development of robust, scalable SQL models and pipelines.
  • Mentor Data Analysts.

Requirements:

  • Alignment with Cabify's principles.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Senior Data Analyst.
  • Experience leading technical projects or mentoring analysts (+1 year as Tech Lead or Project Manager).
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with large-scale data warehouses.
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Tableau or PowerBI).
  • Familiarity with product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Datadog).
  • Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Full professional fluency in English and Spanish.
