Data Analyst

Job Description

Cabify is seeking a Data Analyst to join their Data Analytics department in Madrid. The Data Analyst will be part of a team of SQL and data visualization specialists, working in multidisciplinary squads with Product, Engineering, Growth, and Operations. The role involves managing large volumes of data, leveraging data warehouses like Google BigQuery and Amazon Redshift, and working with Tableau Server.

Role Involves:

• Working in technical data projects autonomously.
• Exploiting large-scale data warehouses using SQL.
• Defining ETL models in the data warehouse with Airflow.
• Documenting and maintaining code and queries in Gitlab.
• Creating dashboards and reports using Tableau / PowerBI.
• Executing exploratory analysis and providing action recommendations.
• Presenting findings to guide business and product decisions.
• Collaborating with engineers on data needs and data model design.
• Helping design new features and measuring their performance.
• Developing Data Sources for organizational use.

Requirements:

• Great alignment with Cabify's principles.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Data Analyst.
• Experience in writing and understanding complex SQL.
• Working knowledge of Tableau, Qlik, PowerBI, or similar.
• Graduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or related fields.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
