Job Description

Cabify is seeking a Software Engineer I for their Development Program (CREP) in Madrid. This program is designed to attract, train, and retain top young tech talent, offering opportunities to learn from experienced engineers, tackle high-impact projects, and accelerate career growth through mentorship and continuous assessment.

The Software Engineer will gain hands-on experience in backend technologies, including Go, Elixir, and Ruby. The role requires adaptability, a eagerness to learn, and the ability to quickly pick up new technologies.

Role Involves:

• Working on cross-team, impactful projects.
• Leading parts of projects to help the team deliver in a fast, reliable, and high-quality manner.
• Building and maintaining distributed applications.
• Improving the reliability, scalability, and performance of services.
• Developing new features and tweaking existing ones in collaboration with the Data Science team.
• Producing simple, maintainable code.
• Owning code all the way to production with a self-service continuous delivery pipeline and production infrastructure.
• Running what you build using container orchestration and monitoring technologies.
