Dialogue is seeking a Regional Account Executive to develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for Alberta, focusing on mid-sized and enterprise accounts. The role involves building the Dialogue brand and expanding its business presence in the region. The ideal candidate will be passionate about improving the health of Canadians and possess a strong sales acumen.
Role involves: - Managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing complex deals.
- Collaborating with Sales, Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Maintaining accurate records in the CRM.
- Leveraging multiple channels to drive new business.
- Building relationships with key brokers and advisors.
- Presenting Dialogue’s value proposition to executive-level stakeholders.
Requirements: - Passionate professionalism and representing health and care.
- A mission-driven mindset to make healthcare more accessible.
- 5+ years of experience in strategic, complex sales to enterprise accounts.
- An evangelical sales approach with excellent communication skills.
- Experience in the health and benefits or insurance industry (preferred).
- Track record of selling to HR, Operations, and/or Finance leaders (preferred).
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms (preferred).
