Job Description
Dialogue is seeking a Care Coordinator for a 3-month temporary contract in Montréal. The Care Coordinator will support the healthcare team by managing appointments, processing prescriptions, and providing administrative assistance. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational and communication skills who is passionate about improving patient well-being.
Responsibilities: - Scheduling appointments for patients and healthcare providers
- Faxing prescriptions to pharmacies and other healthcare facilities
- Providing administrative support to the care team
- Assisting with the organization of patient appointments and follow-up reminders
- Maintaining accurate records of all scheduling and prescription activities
Requirements: - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good time management and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Customer service-oriented mindset and a willingness to help others
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong computer skills
- Available to work a minimum of 21 hours on evenings and weekends
- Bilingualism (French and English)
