Job Description
Dialogue is seeking a Senior IT Specialist to ensure operational excellence across IT services, technical support, and security. The Senior IT Specialist will report to the Manager of IT Operations & Security and will play a crucial role in maintaining the reliability, efficiency, and security of the IT infrastructure. The role involves:
  • Providing Level 2 and Level 3 support for applications, IT systems, and security-related requests and incidents.
  • Managing and refining operational processes for IT services and cloud-based SaaS solutions.
  • Monitoring and ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Leading and executing IT projects, including mergers and acquisitions and system integrations.
  • Mentoring and guiding team members.
The ideal candidate should have:
  • 5+ years of experience in IT with a strong background in security and application support.
  • Technical skills in Google Workspace, endpoint security systems, MDM solutions, cloud infrastructure, and more.
  • Scripting experience and familiarity with programming languages such as SQL.
  • Expertise in incident management and troubleshooting complex distributed systems.
  • Bilingualism in French and English.
