Senior DevSecOps Developer

Dialogue is seeking a Senior DevSecOps Developer to ensure the smooth, secure, and efficient operation of its infrastructure platform. Reporting to the Director of Platform, the successful candidate will contribute to the platform's evolution by implementing innovative solutions, enhancing security measures, and optimizing performance. This role directly supports product teams, fostering efficiency and autonomy while mitigating cybersecurity risks.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing and enhancing Dialogue's platform infrastructure for reliability, security, and automation.
• Contributing to cybersecurity initiatives, including risk and vulnerability management.
• Supporting and collaborating with product development teams.
• Improving monitoring and observability for proactive issue resolution.
• Automating operational tasks to streamline workflows and improve scalability.
• Participating in code reviews to improve infrastructure quality.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in a programming language such as Python, Golang, or Bash.
• A strong DevOps mindset with a focus on automation and observability.
• Cybersecurity expertise, including risk assessment and vulnerability management.
• Information security certifications (CISSP, CISM, CRISC, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Bilingualism in French and English.
