GovOS is seeking a Manager of Professional Services to join their team. This role is a frontline management position with responsibilities in services delivery, personnel management, and sales support. The Professional Services Manager will manage a team of configuration consultants, coordinate pre-sales planning, and optimize existing processes. They will also serve as a trusted advisor to customers and embody project management discipline.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing a multi-functional team of configuration consultants.
  • Coordinating pre-sales planning and strategic solutions consulting.
  • Reviewing and optimizing existing processes.
  • Managing and triaging problem incidents.
  • Establishing oneself as a trusted adviser to customers.
  • Embodying project management discipline.
  • Bridging product strategy and implementation.

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience within Professional Services in a SaaS environment.
  • 3+ years of experience managing direct reports.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strong customer relationships.
  • Experience in technical writing and proposal preparation.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage expenses and time sheets.
  • Familiarity with industry regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
