Bilingual (English/Spanish) Member Loyalty Representative

Job Description

Oportun is seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Member Loyalty Representative to join their team in Las Vegas, NV. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality and a passion for helping people. This role involves creating a rewarding member service experience by listening, helping, and connecting with members in stores and communities. Responsibilities:

• Welcoming members and providing quality service.
• Processing transactions and protecting member information.
• Informing potential members about Oportun’s services through outreach efforts.
• Building relationships with local businesses and community events.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the store.
• Using a computer for administrative tasks and member servicing.

Requirements:

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Must be outgoing, sales-focused, and enjoy speaking with people.
• Must love to help members, including prospective members through outreach and educational activities.
• Must be available to work weekends and be flexible with a rotating work schedule of hours based on store needs.
• Must have regular, reliable, and predictable attendance to support store operations.
• Must be willing and able to work outdoors year-round to identify new sales opportunities and promote company products and services through designated outreach activities.
• Ability to lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds, as needed.
• Basic computer skills and ability to operate office equipment such as, phones, scanners, and iPads.
• Ability to organize and file paper documents.
