Job Description
Oportun is seeking a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Member Loyalty Partner to engage with potential members and communities about its inclusive, affordable financial services. This role involves outreach activities at partner store locations and community events, with a potential transition to customer service duties at an Oportun store. The Member Loyalty Partner will educate customers, process transactions, and support outreach and sales goals.Role involves:
  • Engaging with potential members inside and outside partner locations.
  • Processing transactions and protecting member information.
  • Working independently or as part of a team to exceed daily goals.
  • Building relationships with local businesses and participating in community events.
  • Using iPads for administrative tasks and member servicing.
Requirements:
  • Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
  • Must be outgoing, sales-focused, and enjoy speaking with people.
  • Must love to help members through outreach and educational activities.
  • Must be available to work weekends and be flexible with a rotating work schedule.
  • Must have regular, reliable, and predictable attendance.
  • Must be willing and able to work outdoors year-round.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to operate office equipment.
  • Ability to organize and file paper documents.
