Job Description
Oportun is seeking a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Member Loyalty Representative in San Jose, CA. The role involves creating a rewarding member service experience by listening, helping, and connecting with people. The representative will educate members and communities about Oportun’s financial services through outreach activities.
  • Welcoming members and providing quality service.
  • Processing transactions and protecting member information.
  • Informing potential members about Oportun’s services through outreach.
  • Building relationships with local businesses.
  • Supporting community outreach and marketing events.
  • Performing light housekeeping duties.
Requirements:
  • Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
  • Must be outgoing and sales-focused.
  • Must be available to work weekends and have a flexible schedule.
  • Must have regular and reliable attendance.
  • Must be willing to work outdoors for outreach activities.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Basic computer skills.
