Oportun is seeking a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Member Loyalty Representative in San Jose, CA. The role involves creating a rewarding member service experience by listening, helping, and connecting with people. The representative will educate members and communities about Oportun’s financial services through outreach activities.
- Welcoming members and providing quality service.
- Processing transactions and protecting member information.
- Informing potential members about Oportun’s services through outreach.
- Building relationships with local businesses.
- Supporting community outreach and marketing events.
- Performing light housekeeping duties.
Requirements: - Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Must be outgoing and sales-focused.
- Must be available to work weekends and have a flexible schedule.
- Must have regular and reliable attendance.
- Must be willing to work outdoors for outreach activities.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Basic computer skills.
