Global Accounts Payable Manager

Teads is seeking a Global Accounts Payable (AP) Manager to oversee the company’s accounts payable function across multiple regions and markets. This role involves leading the AP team based in Gurgaon (India), ensuring accurate processing of invoices, managing vendor payment cycle, compliance with policies and procedures, timely month end close, SOX compliance, tracking performance metrics, maintaining strong vendor and publisher relationships, and enhancing efficiency. This role will also play a key role for future AP integration following the Outbrain and Teads merger.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of end-to-end Accounts Payable processes
• Expertise with NetSuite and Coupa systems
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and Salesforce
• Strong leadership, reporting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or similar accounting degree with 12+ years of experience
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in integrating Accounts Payable process from acquired or merged companies is preferred
