Job Description

Teads is seeking a Partner Manager to join their team in Paris. The company recently combined with Outbrain Inc. and operates under the Teads brand, focusing on omnichannel outcomes for marketers across premium media. The Partner Manager will be responsible for managing and growing dedicated publisher accounts, ensuring delivery and performance, and working closely with internal teams to increase efficiency and scale.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing and growing dedicated publisher accounts
  • Working on all operational and strategic aspects to ensure delivery and performance
  • Working closely with the business development team and oversee onboarding of new publisher supply
  • Proactively find and execute optimization opportunities
  • Working closely with R&D, Product and other internal teams on building processes to increase efficiency and scale
  • Deep understanding of the Teads portfolio of products and knowing how to adjust each client with the right solution.
  • Supporting Business Development for contract renewals and amendments

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years prior experience in the digital media/Ad tech industry, especially with managing clients in France and/or Belgium
  • Excellent analytical skills and a proven ability to monitor, identify and present performance metrics.
  • Fluent in French and English. Any additional language is a plus
  • Ability to interpret data and trends to derive valuable insights and make recommendations
  • Possess a technical aptitude and a desire to learn the intricacies of the Teads system and to leverage that knowledge to help clients with support issues
  • Self‐motivated and Goal-driven individual, expert in time-management, prioritization and organizational skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft/Google applications, especially Excel/ Google Sheets.
  • Experience with Salesforce is an Advantage
