Job Description

Teads is seeking an AdOps Specialist student to join their team in Ljubljana. The company, formed by the combination of Outbrain Inc. and Teads S.A., operates as the omnichannel outcomes platform for the open internet. This role offers an opportunity to enter the digital marketing industry and gain experience from the ground up.

The AdOps Specialist will provide support to Customer Success Managers, working 5-6 hours daily from Monday to Friday (4pm-10pm).

What this role involves:

  • Providing timely, consistent, and accurate support via email and chat.
  • Performing campaign setup to ensure campaign success.
  • Providing reporting and set up services to global account management teams.
  • Embracing and encouraging a culture based on teamwork and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Great interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in customer support or client services is an advantage.
  • Experience in digital media is an advantage.
  • Speaking French, Spanish, or German is an advantage.
  • A passion for learning new things and spreading knowledge.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
