Teads, the omnichannel outcomes platform for the open internet, is seeking a Content Review Specialist to join their team in Ljubljana. This is a maternity leave replacement position.

The Content Review Specialist will be responsible for upholding the quality of the Teads network by reviewing customer content and ensuring it meets the company's content guidelines. They will decide whether to approve or reject content, or collaborate with customers to make necessary changes for compliance.

What this role involves:

• Reviewing customer content for compliance with guidelines
• Providing suggestions and solutions to improve content
• Reviewing content headlines and images
• Escalating content patterns that may cause issues

Requirements:

• Excellent English and French verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Italian or Portuguese is a plus
• Problem-solving skills and sound judgment
• Passion for content
• Team player with the ability to execute quickly
• Detail-oriented
• Previous experience with client services, support, or translation is an advantage
• Previous experience in the digital space is an advantage
