Job Description

Teads is seeking a Sales Manager to scale its performance advertising business. The role involves acquiring and growing direct advertiser relationships across performance-driven verticals. The Sales Manager will drive adoption of Teads' programmatic platform among performance marketers focused on conversion KPIs.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage a pipeline of direct advertisers and performance marketers globally.
  • Drive new business through outreach, networking, and platform demos.
  • Understand client KPIs (CPL, CPA, ROAS, CPI) and pitch value propositions accordingly.
  • Collaborate with account management and tech teams to ensure seamless onboarding and campaign success.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of programmatic trends, competitor offerings, and client needs.
  • Meet and exceed revenue targets and business development goals.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in AdTech, preferably at a DSP or demand platform.
  • Experience working with performance marketing clients (affiliate networks, lead gen, arbitrage).
  • Strong understanding of performance advertiser goals: CPL, CPA, ROAS, CPI, RPC.
  • Proven sales track record in the digital advertising or programmatic space.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • High proficiency in English (spoken and written) is a must.
  • Familiarity with RTB, SSPs, and campaign optimization.
