Job Description
Teads, now operating as Teads Outbrain Inc., seeks a Research and Insights Manager to join their Research and Insights team. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and driven, contributing to the company's mission of providing an omnichannel outcomes platform for the open internet.
The Research and Insights Manager will be responsible for coordinating and executing research projects, distilling research data, and presenting findings to both internal and external stakeholders. This role involves collaborating with various teams, leveraging internal and external data sources, and staying updated with industry trends.
Role involves:
- Building research recommendations for outgoing proposals
- Coordinating and executing research projects
- Setting up research programs and learning agendas for strategic clients
- Distilling research data for deliverables
- Reviewing and analyzing third party ad effectiveness research reports
- Presenting research findings internally and externally to clients
- Using research results to inform future testing recommendations
- Collaborating with sales, account management, data, and insights team members on research initiatives
- Leveraging internal and external data
- Assisting in campaign optimizations for best results based on research insights
- Advising on research campaign implementation related questions
- Troubleshooting issues and management of studies
- Tracking projects and prepare regular updates including, costs, status, and results of studies
- Developing case studies and collateral showcasing approach and results of research
- Proactively stay up to date with new vendors and industry trends
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in advertising effectiveness research and/or consumer insights
- Understanding of research and testing methodologies
- Working knowledge of campaign effectiveness solutions
- Experience managing studies run by third-party research partners
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Passion for data storytelling
- High standards of client service with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with leading conference calls/in-person meetings and working in a client facing role
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Comfortable in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment
- Degree in related field
