Teads is seeking a Senior Marketing and Communication Manager to join their French team in Paris. This role involves developing and executing the Teads France brand and communication strategy to enhance visibility within the French and Belgium markets. The ideal candidate will ensure Teads achieves strong consumer awareness and critical acclaim.
Role Involves:
Driving the local marketing strategy and budget in collaboration with the FR Managing Director and European Marketing Director.
Creating marketing communications for Teads FR, including newsletters, campaign management, and external PR.
Developing publicity materials and maintaining the media kit.
Executing Teads FR’s media and messaging strategy across press, broadcast, and publications.
Ensuring alignment with the global marketing strategy.
Collaborating with sales, marketing, and publisher teams to ensure content is fit for purpose.
Managing public relations campaigns and activities.
Overseeing Teads’ global events program, ensuring effective delivery and ROI.
Managing Teads’ presence at third-party exhibitions.
Providing leadership to the Marketing Coordinator and interns.
Requirements:
5-6 years of experience in communications and marketing.
Knowledge of media, websites, publications, marketing, social media, and events.
Experience working with media, developing media strategies, and preparing press releases.
Experience working with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience working with senior marketers at agencies and global brands.
Event experience and a track record of effective delivery.
Creative flair and the ability to bring fresh ideas.
Ability to work on diverse tasks under pressure.
Excellent organizational and planning skills.
Experience with social media platforms.
Excellent writing skills.
Excellent spoken and written French and English.
