Apollo.io, a leading go-to-market solution, is seeking a Senior Growth Engineer to join their team. This role is pivotal in accelerating product growth through experimentation, data analysis, and scalable technical solutions. The Growth Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize key growth metrics and implement features that drive measurable impact.Role involves:

• Developing and executing engineering strategies for rapid experimentation.
• Collaborating with Product, Marketing, Data Science, and Engineering teams.
• Architecting and building scalable systems for growth initiatives.
• Implementing A/B testing frameworks and data instrumentation.
• Leveraging automation and machine learning to optimize user engagement.
• Ensuring technical excellence in performance, security, and scalability.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in full-stack development (JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Python, RoRm or Node.js).
• Experience with analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics).
• Familiarity with growth frameworks (Pirate Metrics, viral loops).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
