Apollo.io is seeking a Senior Growth Engineer to enhance product growth through experimentation and scalable technical solutions. • Develop and execute engineering strategies for rapid experimentation.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Data Science, and Engineering teams.
• Architect and build scalable systems for growth initiatives.
• Implement A/B testing frameworks and data instrumentation.
• Leverage automation and machine learning to optimize user engagement.
• Ensure technical excellence in performance, security, and scalability.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in full-stack development (JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Python, RoR or Node.js) and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
• Experience with analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics) and A/B testing platforms.
• Familiarity with growth frameworks (e.g. Pirate Metrics, viral loops).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance software development processes.
