Job Description
Apollo.io is seeking an Affiliate Marketing Lead to own and scale its Affiliate Program into a major growth channel. The ideal candidate will lead the end-to-end strategy, execution, and optimization of the affiliate program, focusing on unlocking new revenue through partner expansion and vertical diversification. He will manage a high-performing affiliate specialist, test into new markets and partner segments, and accelerate growth with Apollo’s most impactful affiliates.Role involves:
- Leading and scaling Apollo’s Affiliate Program.
- Testing into new affiliate verticals and opportunities.
- Accelerating performance with existing partners.
- Managing and mentoring a dedicated team member.
- Identifying and recruiting high-potential affiliate partners.
- Designing and executing campaigns, promotions, and creative initiatives.
- Monitoring and analyzing performance KPIs regularly.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders.
- Leveraging PartnerStack to manage workflows.
- Maintaining best practices in compliance, tracking, attribution, and communication.
Requirements:
- 4–6 years of experience in affiliate marketing, partner management, or performance marketing.
- Demonstrated success in owning and growing affiliate programs, with measurable revenue results.
- Experience testing and scaling new partner verticals and emerging affiliate channels.
- Strong performance and analytical mindset.
- Proven ability to build and manage relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders.
- Experience working with PRM tools; direct experience with PartnerStack is a strong plus.
- Comfortable operating with autonomy in a high-growth, fast-paced startup environment.
- Managed at least one direct report and are excited to coach and lead.
- Must be a resident of the United States.
