Recruiting Coordinator

Job Description

Apollo.io is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join their Talent Acquisition team on a contract basis. This role is based in their new Mexico City office, where the company plans to grow the team to over 50 employees. The Recruiting Coordinator will support the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for candidates and hiring teams.Apollo.io is a leading go-to-market solution for revenue teams, trusted by over 500,000 companies globally. • Schedule and confirm interviews, manage calendars, and communicate logistics.
• Act as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive experience.
• Maintain candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse).
• Review inbound and outbound applicants and assist with early-stage screening.
• Draft and post job descriptions across platforms.
• Support the pre-boarding process in collaboration with HR.
• Assist with career fairs, recruiting events, and culture initiatives.
• Monitor interview days, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operations.
• Generate recruitment reports and metrics.
• Identify and suggest ways to improve the hiring process.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or a similar administrative role.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse is a plus).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable setting expectations and communicating with multiple stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Proficient in English (C1 level or higher).
