Apollo.io is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join their Talent Acquisition team on a contract basis. This role is crucial in supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for both candidates and hiring teams.Apollo.io is rapidly expanding globally and opening a new office in Mexico City, making this a unique opportunity to contribute to their growth and shape a world-class candidate experience.
Responsibilities: - Schedule and confirm interviews, manage calendars, and communicate logistics.
- Act as the main point of contact for candidates, providing a warm and personalized experience.
- Maintain candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse).
- Review inbound and outbound applicants and assist with early-stage screening.
- Draft and post job descriptions across various platforms.
- Support the pre-boarding process in collaboration with HR.
- Assist with career fairs, recruiting events, and culture initiatives.
- Monitor interview days, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operations.
- Generate recruitment reports and metrics.
- Identify and suggest ways to improve the hiring process.
Requirements: - 1–2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or a similar administrative role.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems; Greenhouse experience is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Comfortable setting expectations and communicating with multiple stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Proficient in English (C1 level or higher).
