Apollo.io, a leading go-to-market solution, is seeking an Account Manager to focus on the SMB segment. The Account Manager will manage and grow relationships with existing customers, ensuring they achieve desired outcomes, maximizing account value, and identifying expansion opportunities. This is a hybrid role based in Salt Lake City, requiring three days in the office.Apollo.io is looking for someone who can:
  • Manage the entire sales process, from initial conversation to close.
  • Negotiate renewals and manage a pipeline of inbound inquiries.
  • Consistently create 3x pipeline month over month.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas.
  • Tier account lists to identify expansion and at-risk opportunities.
  • Communicate with Director-level contacts.
Apollo.io requires:
  • At least 1 year of experience owning a large book of existing accounts within the SMB segment.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting targets.
  • Experience using strong consultative selling skills & sales process.
  • Ability to communicate, present to, and influence key stakeholders.
  • Adaptability and coachability.
  • Willingness to be in office 3 days per week
