Apollo.io is seeking a Customer Advocate to join their team in Mexico City. This role is ideal for a high-performing, sales-driven individual who excels in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about converting customer interactions into successful business outcomes. The Customer Advocate will play a crucial role in driving revenue and accelerating conversions through real-time chat engagements. This is an on-site position located in Apollo.io's WeWork office space in Reforma.Here’s what the role involves:
- Driving revenue through live chat by identifying buying signals and delivering persuasive product insights.
- Ensuring client satisfaction and success at all times.
- Owning the sales conversation from inbound inquiry to conversion.
- Proactively upselling and cross-selling relevant product features.
- Meeting or exceeding chat-to-close rate targets and monthly revenue quotas.
- Responding to inquiries promptly via chat and email.
- Capturing and following up on opportunities surfaced through support interactions.
- Serving as the customer’s internal advocate, collaborating with Product and Sales.
Apollo.io is looking for someone with:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role (support, sales, retail, or similar).
- Proven track record as a top performer.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
- Customer-centric approach with a focus on understanding customer needs.
- Clear and confident written communication skills.
- Adaptability and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
