Apollo.io is seeking a Product Advocate to join their team in Mexico City. This role is crucial for delivering exceptional customer experiences through product expertise and strong communication skills. The Product Advocate will troubleshoot customer issues, optimize support processes, and contribute to Apollo’s values-driven culture. This position requires full English fluency and is open to residents of Mexico.
Role involves:
- Handling customer inquiries in digital and voice channels.
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues.
- Staying up-to-date on product changes and new features.
- Validating workflows and identifying patterns in customer feedback.
- Ensuring customers understand key features and benefits.
- Adhering to SLAs and meeting key performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years in a tech support role.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency with support tools (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom).
- Background in SaaS or technology-focused roles.
- Basic programming knowledge (e.g., Python, JavaScript, SQL) is a plus.
