Rush Street Interactive is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a product team and ensure the delivery of high-quality services. The Engineering Manager will be responsible for the team's culture, morale, and overall performance. This role involves participating in engineering-wide improvement activities and ensuring team members are well-informed and supported.

What This Role Involves:
• Leading effective delivery of sprint and quarterly goals.
• Identifying and clearing bottlenecks for the team.
• Leading in resolving production incidents.
• Managing morale and motivation within the team.
• Leading recruiting efforts and making headcount recommendations.

Requirements:
• 3+ years in a software delivery environment in a senior development or managerial capacity.
• Track record of applying software engineering practices and the software development life cycle.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Proven experience in diagnosing and resolving complex problems.
• Excellent communication skills.
