Nift is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join their Performance Marketing Solutions team. The company is experiencing rapid growth and aims to become a leader in customer acquisition. The Senior Account Executive will focus on acquiring customers among enterprise eCommerce, DTC, subscription, and streaming brands. The role involves building strategic partnerships and scaling campaigns, requiring strong sales skills, a proactive approach, and excellent organizational abilities. Responsibilities Include:
  • Researching and identifying potential enterprise brands, and high-potential clients.
  • Qualifying prospects and identifying opportunities to close deals from marketing campaigns.
  • Conducting discovery calls to understand client needs.
  • Leading negotiations, including pricing and contract terms.
  • Building relationships with decision-makers building trust.
  • Maintaining a robust sales pipeline and providing accurate updates.
  • Collaborating with marketing, customer success, data science, and operations teams.
  • Staying current with industry trends and competitive landscape.
The Ideal Candidate Should Have:
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in digital advertising sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving quotas.
  • Solution-selling approach.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and an experimental mindset.
  • Strong motivation and results-driven attitude.
  • Deep understanding of the performance marketing landscape.
