Later is seeking a high-energy and detail-oriented Email Marketing Specialist to drive email strategies forward and increase email-driven revenue. The Email Marketing Specialist will be embedded within a cross-functional demand generation team and will collaborate with the Email Marketing Manager, Head of GTM, content, creative, product, sales, and customer success teams to develop email marketing campaigns.This role involves:
  • Collaborating on and implementing email marketing strategies.
  • Managing all aspects of email marketing campaigns.
  • Building and executing campaigns across email and in-product marketing.
  • Analyzing data to gain insights into campaign effectiveness.
  • Developing testing hypotheses and implementing A/B tests.
Requirements for this role include:
  • 2+ years of technical email implementation.
  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, economics, or a technical field.
  • Experience with email marketing and automation platforms (Hubspot, Marketo and/or Klaviyo).
  • Experience in basic HTML and CSS.
  • Understanding of email compliance best practices.
