Later is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Email Marketing Specialist to contribute to their email marketing strategies. This role is focused on the tactical execution of email programs, including writing, building, measuring, and identifying areas for improvement. The Email Marketing Specialist will collaborate with the Email Marketing Manager, Head of GTM, and cross-functional teams to develop email marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities: - Collaborate on and implement email marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Manage all aspects of email marketing campaigns.
- Build and execute campaigns across email and other customer touchpoints.
- Own email marketing processes, systems, and technology infrastructure.
- Collaborate with content marketing and sales teams to plan and deploy marketing campaign emails.
- Analyze data to gain insights into campaign effectiveness.
- Evaluate the return on investment for email marketing efforts.
- Develop testing hypotheses and implement A/B tests to optimize email elements and strategies.
Requirements: - 2+ years of technical email implementation experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, economics, or a technical field.
- Strong results orientation and a proven record of performing to aggressive growth targets.
- Experience with email marketing and automation platforms (Hubspot, Marketo and/or Klaviyo).
- Experience in basic HTML and CSS (for email styling).
- Understanding of email compliance best practices (CAN-SPAM, CASL, & GDPR).
- Understanding of A/B Testing and audience segmentation.
