Job Description
Later is seeking a Senior Paid Media Manager to lead and drive revenue growth through paid media tactics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategizing and executing multi-channel paid media programs that drive brand awareness and generate high-quality conversions. This role involves working closely with the VP of Demand Generation and being a primary implementor of campaigns, testing, optimizations, and reporting.Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the management of daily/weekly/monthly budget and performance reporting for channels like Paid Search, Paid Social, and Display.
- Developing full-funnel paid media campaign strategies aligned with Later's target audiences.
- Making strategy recommendations for content, creative, landing pages, and remarketing tactics.
- Utilizing platform analytics and large datasets to understand campaign performance and identify trends.
- Applying insights from experiments to refine campaigns and tactics.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including product, web and creative, sales, and revenue operations.
Requirements include:
- 6+ years of experience as the primary implementor in a results-driven paid media focused role in SaaS, B2B & B2C, and/or Technology.
- Deep technical understanding and ability to execute in Google Ads and Meta.
- In-depth experience with LinkedIn, TikTok and display ad/ABM platforms a plus.
- Strong background with data tools such as GA4, Salesforce, Mode, Supermetrics, Amplitude.
- Experience managing seven figure ad spend budget.
- Excellent results orientation and proven record performing to aggressive growth targets.
