Job Description
Razorpay is seeking a Lead Technical Consultant to join their team in Bangalore. Razorpay is a leading financial services organization committed to providing innovative payment and business banking solutions to Indian businesses. The Lead Technical Consultant will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining policies and procedures for application support services. They will manage a team to ensure that all support requests are handled according to agreed procedures and will communicate with stakeholders on application support-related matters.
Roles involve:
- Providing technical support and consulting on post-integration issues.
- Addressing technical queries on APIs, Plugins, and the Razorpay product suite.
- Following the escalation matrix and communicating technical issues to merchants and internal departments.
- Analyzing incident trends and developing action items to reduce service volume.
- Managing internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensuring team OKRs are met.
- Communicating application support policies and procedures.
- Acting as a technical expert for Razorpay products.
- Enhancing the merchant experience by providing support for technical issues.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction targets are met.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience as an Application Support Lead/Manager.
- Experience working with the Payment Industry is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Data Management Systems.
- Strong data/information literacy skills for root cause analysis and problem-solving.
- Technical, analytical, and presentation skills.
