Razorpay is seeking an Associate Manager, New Initiatives to join their team in Bangalore. Razorpay is a leading financial services organization committed to providing comprehensive and innovative payment and business banking solutions to Indian businesses.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as day-to-day contact for assigned accounts, building trust and rapport.
- Review the customer journey and identify areas of opportunity.
- Facilitate interaction and workflow between project team members.
- Prepare documentation and visuals for clients to demonstrate campaign performance.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop case studies.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external senior-level management.
- Maintain existing customer success metrics and data.
- Lead campaigns and promote proactive customer contact strategy.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in customer success or account management within the banking industry or a Fintech company.
- Product-based background with an understanding of current account and digital solution/payments reconciliation/API payouts(neo banking products).
- Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker.
- Farming experience in retention, Upselling, and cross-selling.
- Experience into digital banking solutions/digital solutions/API payments/escrows and B2B SAAS sales is mandatory.
