Razorpay is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join their team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be passionate about design's role in problem-solving and possess strong creative skills to drive product design from conception to completion. They will be responsible for designing and driving products to completion.
Role involves:
Participating in product and design ideation, planning, and prioritization.
Driving user research and creating detailed user journeys.
Defining design strategies by analyzing data models.
Collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver customer experiences.
Strategizing and developing visual design systems and pattern libraries.
Conducting design reviews and status meetings.
Mentoring and inspiring a team of designers.
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in designing digital products.
Ability to understand short and long-term goals of the product and business.
Keen in applying user research, user-needs validation and usability evaluation.
Excellent understanding of user-centered design and visual design principles.
Understanding of behavioral analytics and data-driven decision-making.
Good understanding of Frontend principles.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
