Job Description
Workleap is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager for ShareGate, a solution for Microsoft 365 data management. The Senior Product Marketing Manager will manage the ShareGate Portfolio and develop strategies to bring features to market, drive revenue, and elevate positioning and value. This role involves owning product and feature launches, building product positioning and messaging, understanding the customer journey and key personas, and understanding market and competitor dynamics. The Senior Product Marketing Manager will collaborate with marketing, product, and revenue directors to lead the competitive differentiation of ShareGate.Responsibilities include:
- Building knowledge of IT buyers and users.
- Defining market research and competitive insights.
- Building product messaging.
- Establishing launch plans for new products and features.
- Collaborating with enablement to build impactful training.
- Building GTM and launch processes with the Product team.
- Refining messaging with ongoing experiments.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or customer marketing.
- Strong knowledge of M365 technology and IT consulting.
- Past leadership experience of a complex SaaS product offering.
- Strong understanding of product marketing frameworks, methodologies, and GTM best practices.
- Proven ability to create compelling content across different audiences.
- Demonstrated experience working with or supporting IT channel partners or IT-focused products.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
