Lead Fulfillment Associate

ShipBob is seeking a Lead Fulfillment Associate to join their team in North Aurora, Illinois. This role involves working within a team to deliver an excellent experience for customers. The ideal candidate will be dedicated, committed to excellence, and eager to grow within a fast-growing company. This position reports to the Area Manager.

What this role involves:

• Working within one of several teams: Receiving, Picking, or Packing.
• Receiving: Managing the process of accepting new inventory and ensuring it is properly stored and accounted for in the system.
• Picking: Accurately and efficiently delivering products to the next stage of the fulfillment process.
• Packing: Ensuring the quality of each shipment and packing items correctly before customer delivery.
• Assisting in other areas as needed to ensure efficient operations.

Requirements:

• Able to work scheduled shifts including overtime and/or weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without restriction.
• Able to stand and walk continuously during an 8-10 hour shift.
• Able to bend, stoop, reach above, and push/pull frequently.
• Willing to get hands dirty to complete tasks.
• Ability to adapt to change quickly and detail-oriented.
• Ability to quickly understand new processes and identify operational opportunities.
• Must be 18 or older.
