Lead Fulfillment Associate (1st Shift)

Job Description

ShipBob is seeking a Lead Fulfillment Associate for their North Aurora, Illinois location. This role involves working within a team to deliver an excellent experience for customers. The ideal candidate will be dedicated, committed to excellence, and eager to grow within a fast-growing company. This position reports to the Area Manager.What this role involves:

• Receiving new inventory and managing the process of getting it into the system.
• Picking products quickly and accurately for the next stage of processing.
• Packing shipments to ensure quality and accuracy before customer delivery.
• Assisting in other areas as needed to ensure efficient operations.
• Complying with all food safety and compliance policies and regulations.

Requirements:

• Ability to work scheduled shifts, including overtime and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk continuously for 8-10 hour shifts.
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and push/pull frequently.
• Willingness to assist in other departments as needed.
• Adaptability to change and detail-oriented.
• Ability to understand new processes and identify operational opportunities.
• Must be 18 or older.
