Lead Fulfillment Associate (2nd Shift)

Job Description

ShipBob is seeking a Lead Fulfillment Associate for their North Aurora, Illinois location. This role involves working within a team to deliver an excellent experience for customers. The associate will contribute to various teams within the warehouse, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality shipments.Responsibilities:

• Receiving: Managing incoming inventory and ensuring accurate system integration.
• Picking: Efficiently and accurately picking products for the next stage of processing.
• Packing: Ensuring the quality of each shipment and packing items correctly.
• Other Duties: Assisting in other areas as needed to maintain operational efficiency.
• Compliance: Adhering to all food safety and compliance policies.

Requirements:

• Ability to work scheduled shifts, including overtime and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk continuously for 8-10 hour shifts.
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and push/pull frequently.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to adapt to change quickly.
• Must be 18 or older.
