Job Description
ShipBob is seeking a Lead Fulfillment Associate for a weekend shift in North Aurora, Illinois. This role involves working within a team to deliver an excellent experience for customers. The ideal candidate will be dedicated, committed to excellence, and eager for career growth within a fast-growing company. This position reports to the Area Manager.
Role Involves:
- Receiving new inventory and managing its acceptance into the system.
- Picking products accurately and quickly for the next stage of processing.
- Packing shipments to ensure quality and accuracy before customer delivery.
- Assisting in other areas as needed to maintain efficient operations.
Requirements:
- Ability to work scheduled shifts, including overtime and weekends.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand and walk for 8-10 hour shifts.
- Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and push/pull frequently.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to adapt to change quickly.
- Willingness to assist in other departments as needed.
- Must be 18 or older.
