Job Description
ShipBob is seeking a Senior Director of Presales Solutions to drive revenue growth and optimize merchant implementation. This role involves leading global teams, developing talent, and enhancing operational efficiencies. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, possess strong leadership skills, and have a deep understanding of e-commerce integrations.

Role Involves:
  • Leading and developing a global team of managers and individual contributors.
  • Partnering with customer-facing teams to identify client needs and craft tailored solutions.
  • Improving team efficiency through automation and process improvements.
  • Optimizing onsite install and implementation processes.
  • Driving collaboration across various departments to enhance the merchant experience.
  • Utilizing analytics to anticipate customer growth and optimize resource planning.
  • Overseeing the implementation team and serving as the key escalation point for complex merchant issues.
  • Testing and implementing new merchant retention initiatives and process improvements.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years in a Senior Manager or Director-level role.
  • At least 5 years in an implementation function and 5 years in a sales engineering function.
  • Deep technical knowledge of e-commerce integrations.
  • Excellent ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Experience leveraging analytics to inform strategy and drive efficiency.
  • Track record of implementing automation and improving workflows.
  • Ability to work seamlessly across departments.
  • Experience with ERP systems, APIs, e-commerce platforms, and tools like Salesforce, Tableau, and SQL.
  • Excellent communication and motivation skills.
