ShipBob is seeking a Portfolio Success Manager to manage a portfolio of enterprise-level merchants. The Portfolio Success Manager will focus on driving expansion solutions, building executive-level relationships, and managing an account team. The mission is to provide a world-class merchant experience and build lasting strategies and relationships. What this role involves:
Collaborating with internal leadership to improve the merchant experience.
Managing a book of high-revenue clients and growing their business.
Sourcing and closing expansion deals.
Managing contractual negotiations and renewals.
Coaching and building an effective account team.
Analyzing merchant supply chains.
Conducting quarterly business reviews.
Requirements:
8-10 years of experience in sales and merchant services.
Experience in e-commerce preferred.
Proven experience in business reviews with C-suite executives.
Established ability to negotiate contractual partnership deals.
Demonstrated ability to manage a positive team culture.
Excellent conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
