Job Description
ShipBob is seeking an ICQA Regional Support Specialist to monitor inventory activities at regional fulfillment centers, including partner SFN centers. This role is crucial for maintaining sustainable growth and scalability from an operations perspective as ShipBob continues to expand. The ICQA Regional Support Specialist reports to the ICQA Area Manager.

Role Involves:
  • Investigating inventory discrepancies reported by the Operations team.
  • Performing physical inventory cycle counts and reconciling inventory variances.
  • Communicating updates and operational information to ICQA AM and Regional ICQA Manager.
  • Identifying root causes of inventory adjustments and participating in corrective efforts.
  • Providing support coverage and ICQA training at various fulfillment centers.
  • Performing Root Cause Analysis around inventory discrepancies and review findings with ICQA Lead.
  • Ensuring inventory variances are researched and resolved in a timely manner.

Requirements:
  • Ability to adapt to changing conditions and solve problems quickly.
  • Proficiency in determining inventory discrepancies and performing cycle counts.
  • Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple issues simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift 40lbs and stand/walk for 8-10 hour shifts.
