Job Description
Skylo is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the product strategy and execution for internal cloud and telecom applications. This role involves shaping the future of Skylo's internal and partner-facing capabilities, reporting to the VP of Product. The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for defining and delivering tools that enhance operational efficiency and user experience.Skylo is a global Non-Terrestrial Network service provider based in Mountain View, CA, offering a service that allows smartphone and IoT cellular devices to connect directly over existing satellites.Responsibilities:
  • Own the product roadmap for internal cloud and telecom applications.
  • Develop user-centric cloud applications with a focus on UI/UX design.
  • Prototype and iterate rapidly using AI tools.
  • Drive operational efficiency and user satisfaction.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements.
  • Translate needs into product requirements.
  • Support billing and OSS initiatives.
  • Analyze performance and drive improvements.
  • Champion the user.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of product management experience in building cloud applications.
  • Proven ability to define and execute product roadmaps.
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles.
  • Experience with AI tools and rapid prototyping.
  • Ability to translate customer needs into product requirements.
  • Experience driving engineering teams.
  • Strong technical acumen.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Data-driven decision-making mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with billing and OSS systems is a plus.
