Lightspeed is seeking an experienced Integrated Marketing Director to lead its EU growth strategy. This role offers an opportunity for a marketing professional to develop and execute an end-to-end marketing plan for a fast-growing wholesale eCommerce SaaS company.
Responsibilities: - Plan, coordinate, and execute integrated marketing campaigns to generate new business revenue in EMEA.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging and consistent brand experience.
- Oversee the creation of compelling content for marketing campaigns.
- Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline campaign execution and track performance.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and customer insights to identify trends and opportunities.
- Provide regular performance reports on campaign ROI and growth opportunities.
- Manage the EU marketing budget effectively.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners.
- Grow brand awareness in primary target regions and verticals.
Requirements: - 10+ years experience in Demand Generation and Brand Marketing in the European market.
- Previous experience in Wholesale, Retail or Fashion is preferred.
- Previous employment in B2B or eCommerce is preferred.
- Expertise in leveraging marketing tools to generate, capture, nurture, track, and report on leads, conversions, and ROI.
- Proven background in budgeting, marketing planning, and financial forecasting.
- Ability to work within tight deadlines and adjust to changes in priorities.
- Experience developing a robust testing & optimization strategy.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualifications.
- Experience with HubSpot and Salesforce is a plus.
