Director, Integrated Marketing

Job Description

Lightspeed is seeking an experienced Integrated Marketing Director to lead their EU growth strategy. This role involves developing and executing an end-to-end marketing plan for a fast-growing wholesale eCommerce, SaaS company.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
• Oversee the creation of compelling content for marketing campaigns.
• Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline campaign execution.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and customer insights.
• Provide regular performance reports on campaign ROI and KPIs.
• Manage the EU marketing budget effectively.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
• Collaborate with external vendors and agencies.
• Grow brand awareness in primary target regions and verticals.

Requirements:

• 10+ years experience in Demand Generation and Brand Marketing in the European market.
• Previous experience in Wholesale, Retail or Fashion is preferred.
• Previous employment in B2B or eCommerce is preferred.
• Expertise in leveraging marketing tools to generate, capture, nurture, track, and report on leads, conversions, and ROI.
• Proven background in budgeting, marketing planning, and financial forecasting strongly preferred.
• Ability to work within tight deadlines and adjust to changes in priorities.
• Experience developing a robust testing & optimization strategy.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualifications.
• Experience with HubSpot and Salesforce is a plus.
