Job Description

Lightspeed is seeking an IAM System Integrator to join their IAM team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring seamless and secure access to applications and systems. This role involves onboarding and offboarding applications within the IGA tool (Saviynt) and IdP, supporting end-users, contributing to certification audits, and promoting IAM best practices throughout the organization.

What this role involves:

  • Onboarding and offboarding applications in Saviynt.
  • Managing application integrations within the IdP.
  • Assisting with certification audits within Saviynt.
  • Providing support to end-users on access requests.
  • Developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation.
  • Collaborating with IT and Security teams to promote IAM best practices.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of IAM processes and technologies.
  • Administering the Saviynt IGA platform.
  • Designing and implementing approval flows within Saviynt.

Requirements:

  • 5+ Years experience in a IAM role
  • Solid understanding of IAM principles and best practices, including RBAC (Role-Based Access Control).
  • Extensive experience with Saviynt.
  • Hands-on experience with IdPs (OneLogin, Okta), SSO protocols (SAML 2.0, OIDC), and application integration.
  • Experience with APIs and Integrations
  • Experience designing and implementing JML flows for Saviynt automation
  • Strong documentation skills.
  • Experience with ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow)
  • Experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
